These twins from Qatar spent a full day with me as we went HOLO HOLO (which means to go on a fun adventure in Hawaiian-Pidgin where I’m from) to two of my favorite towns: Asakusa and Harajuku.
I wanted to show them two sides of Japan.
History and traditional culture of Japan in Asakusa and the fun, kawaii, subculture of modern Japan in Harajuku.
“Hey Bunny, where can we go shopping for makeup?”
Me: Let me take you to the Holy Grail of skincare and cosmetics…
“I want cat ears”- Sara & Dana
Me: I know exactly where to go! Follow this bunny!!
“Our favorite Japanese anime is Sailor Moon. We read the comics and are up to date with the new characters and everything!” - Sara & Dana
Me: Then I have to take you to La Foret! They have a Sailor Moon store!
It’s my all-time favorite as well. I based Cyber Bunny off of Sailor Moon’s character. Cyber Bunny’s mission is to spread joy, positivity and happiness to the world. She fights evil to toxic relationships, injustice.
When Cyber Bunny is off the clock, she returns to a normal girl that no one recognizes. When she transforms, she is at her loyal service to her tour guests.
